Ambrarome

Ambrarome

Developed by Hubert in 1926, Ambrarome is the first specialty used to replace natural Ambergris which is a precious and rarified ingredient. From its creation, Ambrarome has a huge success and is still now one of the biggest essential bases of world perfumery.

The specialty opens with a warm and enveloping ambery note with smoky nuances. The leathery and animalic heart is intense. Salty and mineral notes illuminate the composition and reveal the complex character of the Ambrarome.

Ambrarome has excellent fixation properties and blends well with all types of notes and products.

Animalis

After Ambrarome, Animalis is the most widely used base, especially since the 1950s in masculine fragrances for its leather character.

Created to bring Musk Tonkin and Civer notes to perfumes, Animalis has a powerful temperament expressed by dominant animalic elements, infused with a strong woody and leathery warmth.
